Missy was a huge hit at her very first show, the ASSA 2009 National where she was shown in the 6-9 sable and white puppy bitch class.
She charmed the crowd, recieving many compliments from very respected longtime breeders, and ultimately placing 2nd in the large competitive class. Not bad for a first time out.
She also charmed her handlers, Jessica Starbuck and Mikael Matteson, who insisted on taking her with them when the week was over.
In just a few short weeks with them, by the age of 7 months she acquired a major and a total of 9 points. She became a finished champion at just over a year old!
